Liquid mutual funds do not charge any exit load on withdrawals. Investors can even withdraw the next day after investing in liquid funds. However, these funds provide decent capital gains but do not possess risk. These funds are considered the safest and most beneficial for a short tenure of less than a year. Many other debt mutual funds like short duration, ultra-short duration fund also do not charge any exit load. All equity schemes charge an exit load for 1 year but some of them do not charge any if 10% of the units are redeemed.
